WHO ARE WE?

We are Go 2 Tanzania. Our head office is based in Bradford and we are part of the Gazelle Group of companies. Go2Tanzania specialises in providing safari and beach holidays to Tanzania, together with Zambia, Malawi, Uganda in fact just about any African destination.

Go2Tanzania is fully licensed so you can book your holiday with us in confidence. With regard to client protection the most important bond in place is ATOL. ALL monies paid to Go2Tanzania are held in a client account and your money is protected under the scheme administered by ATOL.

We are also very proud to be listed as an approved UK operator by the Tanzania Trade Centre based in London.

We can also put you in touch with clients who have travelled with us (we had to pay them lots of money for this!!!) and they will let you know what we are like.

Christine MacDougall heads Go2Tanzania up. Born in the southern highlands of Tanzania, she had a yearning to return home to see family and friends. A combined love for the country, its people and family still there has led her to want to share her passion and experiences, and what better way to do it.

It’s quite simple really, no magical formula just her passion and local knowledge. She can tell you about superb safari lodges, plains teaming with wildlife, expert guides, breathtaking views and experiences not to be missed, but then so can everybody else.

“Chris really does have first hand knowledge”. Kiswahili is her second language (once first) and together with Katie, Lynne and Peter they make up the Go2 Tanzania team.

Katie and Peter were also raised in Tanzania and Lynne spent 20 years working for a large tour operator who’s name we will not mention at this point.

Safe to say she is very knowledgeable and her experience does not just stop at Tanzania.

Close on Chris’s heels is Lynne who is always eager to try and catch Chris out with a question about Tanzania that she doesnt know the answer to.

We will look after you every step of the way and don’t be surprised if we turn up in the most unlikely places.
