Impala Tented Camp

Situated on the banks of the Rufiji River amongst Borassa Palms and Tamarind trees, this stylish and relaxed tented camp has great views of the passing wildlife.

The 8 spacious tents are set on wooden platforms and each has an open side for guests to view the ever changing scenes across the river. Each room has en suite facilities with flush toilet as well as a dressing area and a spacious veranda. There is also one family tent.

The dining room serves good food and there is a well stocked bar for post dinner drinks. If you choose you can enjoy a bush breakfast and picnics combined with walking and boating safaris.

To cool off, you can take a dip in the camps swimming pool or if you feel energetic, take an all day safari into the game reserve. Flexibility is the key at Impala Tented Camp.

The meandering Rufiji River with its connecting lakes offers great opportunities to explore this area by boat; this also means you can game view from another perspective. The camp also offers fly camping where you can walk and camp out under the stars.
