The Palms

Located on the south eastern coast of the tropical island of Zanzibar, The Palms offers its guests a relaxing beach holiday in a 5 star resort, set in tropical gardens leading to a white sand beach.

There are just 6 spacious private villas, each of which has a separate living area and bedroom, en suite bathroom, dressing room and terrace with a private plunge pool. The roofs are thatched to give the rooms a natural feel and are decorated in a sophisticated style with wood floors. Each has satellite TV, a DVD player, safety deposit box, telephone and air conditioning.

The elegant dining room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers a great mixture of cuisine types, blending the spices and fruit flavours of this tropical island. The Spice bar serves a wide range of mineral waters, soft drinks, juices, wines and spirits.

The swimming pool and pool bar are an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunshine, whilst the more energetic guest can make use of the fitness centre, tennis court, windsurfing and snorkelling facilities. A scuba centre is available locally for those guests wishing to dive.

The Frangipani Spa offers a variety of treatments, including Thai and Balinese massage and an ‘Apres Safari Treatment’, ideal after the bumpy roads of a safari.
