Sayari Tented Camp

Sayari Camp is an intimate seasonal camp located in the extreme north of the Serengeti and is the only camp in this area to remain open for most of the year. During December to March the camp is located in the Piya region on the southern grass plains and during June to November it moves north to the Mara river area in the northwest Serengeti.

The camp consists of 2 wings, with 9 canvas tents in one wing and 6 in the other.  Each of the spacious tents is beautifully designed with a king size or twin beds and a private veranda where you can relax and watch the animals grazing by your tent. The en suite bathroom has a  huge bath tub, shower and double basins.

Each wing has its own bar, lounge and dining tent and with the campfire, it is a perfect bush setting in which to enjoy Africa at its best.

The small pool is the perfect place to cool down after a day’s game driving.

Sayari Camp is ideally placed to watch the millions of wildebeest pass by during the migration. The resident game is varied, with buffalo, giraffe, elephant and general plains game.
