The Four Seasons Serengeti has 77 rooms, these offer guests a choice of accommodation type. They are decorated in a contemporary African style featuring four-poster beds with mosquito netting, as well as local textiles and artwork – all enhanced by modern comforts such as air conditioning and high-speed Internet access.
The Savannah Rooms are located on the ground floor and have an ensuite bathroom and private balcony with views across the Serengeti. The Horizon rooms are similar but are located on the upper floor giving breathtaking views.
The Terrace Suites have a large living space, two bathrooms, an outdoor shower, a personal deck and a private infinity plunge pool.
You can also choose from a one or two bed-room villa or the Presidential villa. These all have a full kitchen and living room, indoor and outdoor shower facilities, a terrace, infinity swimming pool and butler service if desired. The one bed-room villa has one bathroom and the two bed-room villa has two bathrooms and a powder room. The Presidential villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and also boasts a dining room and a private gym and its private infinity pool overlooks the nearby watering hole.
There is a mixture of dining experiences on offer. The main restaurant, Kula’s, has glass doors so guests can enjoy the view of the Serengeti Plains whilst dining. Guests can choose food with African-inspired flavours, or international cuisines, all made with locally sourced food. The Boma Grill offers an authentic African feast served around an open-air fire pit, with an à la carte menu focusing on grilled items. The Maji Bar offers African tapas platters, homemade pizza, pasta, sandwiches and burgers, and fresh organic salads. An extensive selection of cocktails and other beverages are also available.
There is an infinity pool for guests to cool off in overlooking the waterhole and Serengeti plains. With sun-beds and a bar serving drinks from sunrise to sunset, it is an idyllic spot to relax and enjoy the views.
A fitness centre with weights and cardiovascular equipment and a spa providing Serengeti-inspired skin care and massage treatments are also available to guests.
