The camp has six large Meru tents furnished with bright textiles. The tents are spread out for privacy. All are equipped with an en-suite bathroom with safari-style bucket shower and eco-flush toilet. Each tent has a shady veranda – a perfect place for early morning tea or relaxing after lunch.
The main mess and dining area is a yurt, located in the centre of camp. This unique design reflects the nomadic culture of the area and makes the most of the panoramic views.
There are a wealth of activities available at Nduara Loliondo: private game drives in 4WD vehicles with a Nomad guide, walking safaris, night game drives, birding, picnics and sundowners in stunning locations. You can engage in Maasai cultural activities including boma visits. You can also visit the Piyaya Primary School in Loliondo which the camp supports through the Nomad Trust. At Nduara Loliondo, you will not go short of activities!
All activities are planned with your guide allowing you to set your own pace. Often after a few days of busy game drives in the Serengeti guests take the opportunity to relax here – Nduara Loliondo lends itself to lazy mornings, relaxed lunches, or time just sitting and reading.
