Ngare Sero Mountain Lodge has 10 garden rooms, each furnished with a double or twin beds. These cottage rooms are set a short walk away from the main building and each has a cosy feel with old beams and a stone fireplace for colder nights. There are also 2 larger suites situated in the main lodge house. These suites share a balcony and a games/reading room and both have views of Mount Kilimanjaro. All rooms are en suite.
The gardens contain over 200 species of birds amongst the trees and flowers. There is also a trout stream where you can try a spot of fishing as well as viewing groups of Colobus and Sykes monkeys who have made the trees their home as well.
Ngare Sero Mountain Lodge also offers yoga, meditation, massages and saunas to assist your spiritual welfare as well during your stay here. There are also a number of horses available for riding as well.
Ideal for an overnight stay, Ngare Sero Lodge is also ideal for longer stays as well, with the snows of Kilimanjaro forming a splendid backdrop for a sundowner on the veranda and watching the changing colours of the glaciers – an unforgettable experience.
