Ngorongoro Crater Camp has ten luxury safari room tents – each with its own en-suite bathroom and indoor bucket shower. The tents also feature hairdryers and plug points and a small sitting area at the front of each of the tents where early morning coffee and biscuits can be enjoyed before starting the day.
The main common areas include a dining area, bar area and lounge area as well as comfortable sofas placed in specially-selected locations around the camp.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is buffet style in the camp. You can also enjoy a picnic breakfast in the middle of the bush during an early morning game drive and then head back to the lodge for a late lunch; or leave after an early breakfast and enjoy a delicious packed lunch enjoyed whilst on a full day game drive.
You can also choose to dine on individual tables set in special spots around Ngorongoro Crater Camp for a more intimate experience.
As well as morning & afternoon game drives in the crater and on the rim you can enjoy cultural activities in the nearby Masai village.
The area is home to many animals including zebra, rhino, buffalo, warthog, wildebeest, hippo and elephants; and many predators including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the elusive leopard.
