There are 14 one bedroom villas and 15 two bedroom villas at Baraza Resort, as well as one Presidential two bedroom villa. All of the villas are designed to characterize classic Swahili architecture featuring dramatic arches, cement Baraza benches and intricate hand carved cement decorations. Each villa features a television plus CD player, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar and plunge pool, as well having en-suite facilities. The Presidential villa also has a central living area, a dining area and a small kitchenette. There is also a separate, self contained accommodation for maid or butler adjacent to the presidential suite.
There is a choice of restaurant at the Baraza Resort, each inspired by Arabic, Indian, Persian, Asian and Swahili flavours using the local spices for which the island is famous. Every evening features a different influence showcasing the islands produce and spices. Breakfast is served on the Livingstone Terrace; lunch is served at the Ocean Lounge Bar & Restaurant whilst dinner is taken at the Sultans Dining Room. After dinner drinks are available at the Dhahabu Bar & Lounge.
