Tarangire Treetops Lodge

Tarangire Treetops Lodge is a luxury lodge situated on the eastern border of Tarangire National Park, just outside the concession area.

The rooms at Tarangire Treetops Lodge are unique ‘tree house’ style built on stilts around the baobab and marula trees. There are even some trapdoors in some of the rooms so be careful what you drink or you may have some trouble negotiating the steps! The rooms are large and airy with white linen, writing desks, comfortable beds and private balconies with superb views across the baobab bush. All are en suite with large shower areas and big towels!

The reception area and dining room at Treetops Lodge are set around the swimming pool and there is a lounge and small library where guest gather for pre and post dinner drinks.

Game drives are superb in this area, especially during the dry months of June to October. Tarangire is a great place for elephants and there is a rather cantankerous bull that visits this area who loves his photograph taken!
